Welcome to the Capital Engineering College Central library which is one of the academic resources support facility for faculty and students of the college. The library is fully automated with facilities like book issue, return and other necessary operations through college CMS. It is well equipped with resources in the form of books, journals, magazines, newspapers and online resources. The library is IT enabled and under CCTV surveillance. It has separate reading rooms for faculty and students. All students, faculty and staff of the college can access the library by taking on its membership. A well-equipped Digital Library is present inside the Central Library consisting of Multimedia PCs and access to various online paid and free resources.

Library Rules
- Membership is open for students, faculty members and staff.
- Members are privileged to have direct access to book shelves during working hours.
- Students can borrow books after showing their identity cards.
- Members should check the physical condition of books before getting issued.
- Member is expected to return the borrowed books on or before the due date.
- An overdue charge for books is Rs. 1.00 per day.
- Loss of library books must be reported in writing immediately to the librarian or library staff.
- Do not mark, tear and damage the book. When returning the book, if the pages are missing or marked, the borrower will be responsible.
- Borrowed books cannot be brought into the library unless they must be returned.
- Members cannot be issued more than one book of same kind at a same time.
- Reference books, Journals, Magazines and Newspapers cannot be issued. They are available to use within the library.
- Perfect silence shall be strictly observed in the library. Users are required to maintain the discipline and decorum in the library.
- Members are advised not to keep cash, mobile phones or other valuables at the property counter.
- The librarian can call back any member's book at any time and the member must return it immediately.
