Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Returns Policy:
Capital Engineering College strives to provide quality education and services to all its students. However, there may be situations where a student wishes to return or withdraw from their academic program. Our returns policy is as follows:
College Fee Refunds:
If students decide to withdraw from a course during the designated two-week period, they will be entitled to receive a partial refund of their college fees. The amount of the refund will be determined by the number of weeks the student attended the course. However, once the first two weeks of the semester have passed, no refunds for college fees will be provided.
Refund Processing:
College fee refunds will be processed within 30 days of the college receiving a written request for withdrawal from the student or their authorized representative.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that application fees, admission, and other administrative charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation Policy:
Capital Engineering College reserves the right to cancel any course or program due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolment. In such cases, the college will provide a full refund of the college fees to the affected students.
College Closure:
In the unfortunate event that Capital Engineering College suspends operations or ceases to function, students will be provided with appropriate assistance to transfer to another recognized institution. If a transfer is not feasible, eligible students will be entitled to a pro-rata refund of tuition fees for the remaining portion of the semester..
