Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Capital Engineering College & eWarn System on 17th July 2026

In a landmark move to bridge the gap between academic excellence and industrial application, Capital Engineering College, Bhubaneswar, on 17th July 2026 signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with eWARN SYSTEM, Rourkela. The collaboration heralds a new era of synergy, aimed at propelling research, fostering skill development, and accelerating innovation in the cutting-edge domains of IoT, Machine Learning, Robotics, and Drone Technology.

The formal signing ceremony witnessed the exchange of documents between Prof. (Dr.) Saumya Darshan Mohanty, Director (Academics) of Capital Engineering College, and Dr. Santos Kumar Das, Director of eWARN SYSTEM also Professor at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela.

This strategic partnership is built on a robust framework designed to create a dynamic knowledge ecosystem. The MoU outlines a comprehensive roadmap encompassing Technology Sharing & Collaborative Product Development, Joint Research Initiatives and  Faculty & Student Exchange Programs.

The event was graced by the presence of all Heads of the Departments, including Prof. Anasuya Roy Choudhury, Prof. Rakesh Kumar Sahu, and Prof. Anisha Mohanty, whose collective vision and support were instrumental in bringing this initiative to fruition.
